Babylonia leonis (van Regteren Altena & Gittenberger, 1972) Live Taken, Fine+/Fine++ , small chips on the terminal lip and ridge, very rare in any condition ; NEW WORLD RECORD SIZE ! - SUPERB ! - Agree with Dr. Kosuge (Director, Institute of Malacology of Tokyo), the specimens from Andaman Sea are Babylonia perforata - Previosly listed at 59.1 mm - NEW NEWS: In the new Registry 2018 is listed now a specimen from Burma, but as I wrote before, this is a specimen of Babylonia perforata ; 60.7 mm ; Indonesia, North-East Sumatra, Aceh Region ; Trawled at 80-120m. ; 2012.
